When is Food & Drink Expo 2027?
Food & Drink Expo runs from 12 to 14 April 2027 at the NEC Birmingham. It is part of the UK Food & Drink Shows, alongside the Farm Shop & Deli Show, the National Convenience Show and the Forecourt Show. Foodex Manufacturing Solutions joins them for the first time in 2027.
How big are the UK Food & Drink Shows?
The 2026 shows had around 1,200 exhibitors, from global brands to start-ups. By April 2026, 65% of the 2027 stand space was already booked.

How early should we book?
With most of the floor already booked a year out, secure your space early, then start stand design around six months before the show.
