Exhibition stands at Fira Barcelona.

Stand design and build at Fira Barcelona's Gran Via and Montjuïc venues, supported by our own Barcelona team. We've built here for brands at ICE, MWC and Seafood Expo Global.

Why exhibitors build with us at Fira.

  1. 01

    A local team

Our Barcelona team and production hub beside Fira Barcelona keep storage, deliveries and on-site support close to the halls.

  2. 02

    Shows we know

We've delivered stands at Fira for ICE, MWC and Seafood Expo Global, so we know how its halls and build-ups run.

  3. 03

    Approvals handled

Every show at Fira sets its own stand rules and deadlines. We prepare the plans, calculations and certificates each one asks for.

  4. 04

    Built to Spanish fire rules

We specify materials that meet the fire classes required on Spanish show floors, with the paperwork to prove it.

Exhibiting at Fira Barcelona.

Fira de Barcelona runs two large exhibition venues in the city: Gran Via and Montjuïc. Between them they host many of Europe’s biggest trade shows.

Fira Gran Via

Gran Via is the larger venue, with 240,000 m² of gross exhibition space across eight halls joined by a central walkway. Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Toyo Ito, it sits between Barcelona and L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, close to the airport. Hall 8 includes a convention centre for 3,000 to 12,000 people, and around 26,000 solar panels cover the roofs.

Address: Av. Joan Carles I, 64, 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona.

Fira Montjuïc

Montjuïc is a legacy of Barcelona’s 1929 International Exhibition, with 150,000 m² of gross exhibition space, 42,000 m² of it outdoors.

Address: Av. Reina Maria Cristina, s/n, 08004 Barcelona.

Shows at Fira Barcelona

Nearly 300 events are on Fira’s 2026 calendar across its venues, including MWC Barcelona, ISE, ICE Barcelona, Smart City Expo World Congress, Alimentaria + Hostelco and Seafood Expo Global. FESPA Global Print Expo comes to Barcelona for the first time in 2026.

Before you build

  • Each show sets its own stand heights, rules and deadlines in its exhibitor manual. At ICE, for example, plans for complex stands are due about three months before the show.
  • Everyone working on your stand needs a contractor pass through Fira Barcelona’s registration system.
  • Stand materials must meet Spanish fire classifications, with certificates to show for them.

Questions exhibitors ask

What's the difference between Fira Gran Via and Fira Montjuïc?

They're Fira de Barcelona's two main venues. Gran Via is the larger, with 240,000 m² across eight halls near the airport, and hosts shows such as MWC and ICE. Montjuïc, closer to the city centre, has 150,000 m², including 42,000 m² outdoors.

Which shows have you built stands for at Fira Barcelona?

ICE Barcelona, for Payabl, Mastercard, Novibet, PayRetailers and InPay; MWC Barcelona, for Viavi; and Seafood Expo Global, for Mowi.

Do you have a team in Barcelona?

Yes. Our Barcelona team and production hub beside Fira Barcelona handle storage, deliveries and on-site support, with design and project management from the same team.

How far ahead should we book a stand builder for a show at Fira?

Work back from your show's deadlines. At ICE, plans for complex stands are due about three months before the show, so we'd suggest starting design four to six months ahead for a custom stand.
