Exhibiting at RAI Amsterdam.

RAI Amsterdam opened in 1961 in the Zuidas business district. It has 112,200 m² of enclosed space across 11 halls, including the Europahal, its largest and oldest, plus 22 conference rooms. It hosts around 70 trade shows and 50 international conferences a year.

Amsterdam RAI station, named after the venue, is a short walk from the halls.

Before you build

Each show sets its own stand heights, rules and deadlines in its exhibitor manual. Custom and two-storey stands usually need plans and structural calculations approved well before build-up.
Build-up and breakdown times are set by the organiser, so the stand has to be designed to go up and come down in the time allowed.
Materials have to meet the fire safety standards set for the show, with certificates to prove it.
