When is The Meetings Show 2027?
The Meetings Show runs on 23 and 24 June 2027 in Halls N2 and N3 at ExCeL London.
Who exhibits and visits?
Exhibitors include hotels, destinations, DMCs, conference centres, venues and technology suppliers from more than 80 destinations. They meet up to 1,500 pre-qualified meeting and event planners, including hosted buyers.
Can you design a stand around appointments?
Yes. We plan meeting pods and tables around your appointment schedule, with storage and a welcome point.
Can our stand be reused at other shows?
Yes. We can design the structure and graphics so the stand works again at shows such as IMEX or WTM. We can store it between shows, too.
