Exhibiting at Eurexpo Lyon.

Eurexpo opened in 1984 in Chassieu, south-east of Lyon. It has about 130,000 m² of space across 13 halls, plus a 51,000 m² outdoor area.

Before you build

Each show sets its own stand heights, rules and deadlines in its exhibitor manual. Custom and two-storey stands usually need plans and structural calculations approved well before build-up.
Build-up and breakdown times are set by the organiser, so the stand has to be designed to go up and come down in the time allowed.
Materials have to meet the fire safety standards set for the show, with certificates to prove it.
