Exhibition stands at the ICC Birmingham.

Stand design and build at the ICC Birmingham, from first concept to build-up, show days and storage. We build in Birmingham regularly, including for Grohe at InstallerSHOW and WSP at Highways UK at the NEC.

Why exhibitors build with us at the ICC.

We've built at the NEC for InstallerSHOW, Highways UK, LAMMA, Multimodal and Euronics.

    Conference stands done well

Compact stands and sponsor spaces that work around sessions and breakout timings.

  3. 03

Before you build

  • Each show sets its own stand heights, rules and deadlines in its exhibitor manual. Custom and two-storey stands usually need plans and structural calculations approved well before build-up.
  • Build-up and breakdown times are set by the organiser, so the stand has to be designed to go up and come down in the time allowed.
  • Materials have to meet the fire safety standards set for the show, with certificates to prove it.

Questions exhibitors ask

How big is the ICC Birmingham?

The ICC has an exhibit hall of 4,151 m², a 1,500-seat conference auditorium and Symphony Hall, which seats 2,262.

Have you built stands in Birmingham?

Yes. At the NEC we've built for Grohe and Clivet at InstallerSHOW, WSP, Mott MacDonald and Skanska at Highways UK, Gates at LAMMA and Kuehne+Nagel at Multimodal.

Can you build for a conference rather than a trade show?

Yes. We design sponsor stands, registration areas and branded spaces that work around conference sessions.

Can our stand be reused at other shows?

Yes. We can design the structure and graphics so the stand works again at other shows. We can store it for you between shows, too.
